This policy describes which cookies (and similar technologies) we use on onitsoft.com, why, how long we retain information, and how you can manage your consent. This policy complements our privacy policy.
/01 What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser on your device while browsing websites. They allow the site to recognize your session, remember preferences (e.g. selected language), or measure traffic.
We also use localStorage and sessionStorage, browser mechanisms that work analogously. In this policy we refer to all of them collectively as "cookies".
/02 Cookie categories
We split cookies into four categories. Necessary ones are always active. Others require your consent.
Necessary
Required for the site to work. Without them the service does not function properly. They do not require consent (processing under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest).
Functional
Remember your preferences (language PL/EN, UI settings). Make the site easier to use, but are not critical to its operation.
Analytics
Help us understand how users use the site: which pages are popular, where visits come from, where errors occur. Data is typically aggregated (anonymous).
Marketing
Enable remarketing and measuring ad performance on networks such as Meta, Google Ads, or LinkedIn. They also let us present content tailored to your interests.

/04 Managing consent
You have full control over cookies. You can:
- Change your choice in our banner: click to re-select categories.
- Delete cookies in your browser: in your browser settings (Chrome / Safari / Firefox / Edge) you can clear all stored files for onitsoft.com. This also resets the saved consent. The banner will appear again on your next visit.
- Block cookies globally: browsers let you disable cookie acceptance for all sites. This may affect how our (and other) services work.
